	Eva P. Logan, age 82, of Pinckneyville, went to meet the Lord on Saturday, April, 16, 2005, at 6:00 a.m., at her residence.
	Eva was born November 4, 1922, in Mt. Vernon, the daughter of Carrie Edith Stevens and Newton Boykin.  She was raised by her mother and step-father:  Hughey Crowder.  She was united in marriage to James W. "Bob" Logan on December 6, 1945, in Du Quoin, and he survives.  Eva was a
homemaker, loving mother and grandmother, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Pinckneyville.
	Survivors include her husband:  Bob, two sons:  Charles Robert Logan of Pinckneyville, and Bobby Joe Logan of Paloma, Ill., one daughter: Mary Lynn Stevenson and her husband Danny of DuQuoin, eight grandchildren: Nikki Marie Teel and her husband Doug, Barry James Logan, Jennifer Logan,
Joshua Logan, Jill Logan, Jamie Jo Gaines and her husband Craig, J.R. Stevenson and his wife Melissa, and Ashley Stevenson, eight great grandchildren, two sisters:  Opal Clemens and her husband Marvin, and Merl Green, all of Mt. Vernon, one sister-in-law:  Elsie Logan and her children:
Dana George Logan, and Donna Jean Wilder and granddaughter:  Shelly Wilder, all of Pinckneyville, one half-sister:  Colleen Zink of Mendota, Ill., and one half-brother:  Glen Robert Boykin of West Virginia.
	She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother-in-law: Jack Logan.
	Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. in the First Baptist Church, Pinckneyville, with Pastor Rick Hatley officiating.  Interment will be in the Mueller Hill Cemetery, Pinckneyville.
	Friends may call at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, on Monday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Tuesday morning from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., and then at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
	Memorials may be made to the Luke Memorial Hospice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
